Yes – all our custom upholstery comes with warranty as does our drapery and blinds. Details are available upon request.
Yes, we deliver for free within a 50km radius of Mudgee.
If you live further away, please enquirewith us directly as other arrangements may be able to be made. (Fee may apply)
Some fabrics come pre-treated for stain resistance, and these are backed by manufacturers warranties. We are also happy to arrange for additional treatments if required e.g., fire retardants for commercial projects.
You can cancel your order; however, you will not receive a refund for any custom deposits.
If your order is a custom-made creation, it has therefore been commissioned to suit your personal style and home or business and cancellation of an order like this will not result in a refund.
Yes. Every project requires an onsite visit to measure and create an accurate quote. Additionally, we will be able to confirm that product you have envisaged, and actual location are suitable. (eg is there a suitable surface and space to hang the blind or curtains track)

Yes. We often travel for our clients, visiting towns, villages and properties throughout the Central West and Central Tablelands to ensure you can gain the service you deserve. Often, we will see a number of clients in one town over a period of a day, so please let your friends know and we can see them too.
